We offer every customer a risk-free 7-day money-back guarantee on your order. The cost of returning any artwork you wish to return is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note the following conditions must be met for a return request to be accepted:

- It must be less than 7 days since you received the artwork

- The artwork must be in the same condition as when it arrived and in suitable packaging, ideally in its original packaging

- Please note that artworks must be returned in their original packaging* in order to qualify for a refund

- It is therefore important that you take care when unpacking the artworks you receive

For artworks that have arrived damaged, we ask that you provide a photo of the damage so that we can find out more about what went wrong with that particular shipment.
